With regards to the share syndication agreement announced yesterday between Sacyr Vallehermoso, S.A. and Petróleos Mexicanos y P.M.I. Holdings, B.V. (Grupo Pemex) concerning Repsol YPF, S.A., CaixaBank, as a stable Repsol shareholder since 1996, with a 12.8% holding, believes that its position on the company's corporate matters and corporate governance should be expressed at the Board of Directors meeting. Therefore, in this case CaixaBank shall, as always, express its position at that time to the Board of Directors of Repsol YPF, S. A.
