In our Report on People activities we present the information in three broad areas:

  • The contribution of People to the 2022-2024 Strategic Plan.
  • Information about “what we are like and how we are organised”.
  • Breakdown of the activities, processes and projects run for each stage in the life cycle of people at CaixaBank (employee journey).
  • There are also some annexes with information of a quantitative nature to allow greater detail on aspects such as:
    • Demographic, organisational, and functional structure.
    • Training activity.

    • Personnel costs and employee benefits.
    • Engagement survey.
