Jordi Gual meets with the CaixaBank Shareholder Advisory Committee for the first time

• The aim of this body is to encourage communication and boost transparency between CaixaBank and its shareholders.

CaixaBank President, Jordi Gual, met with members of the Shareholder Advisory Committee for the first time since he was appointed president last June, with the intention of analysing results from 2016 together and looking at strategic lines and objectives for 2017 within the framework of the bank's Strategic Plan. This advisory body, a pioneering initiative among Ibex35 companies, is made up of 17 minority shareholders who meet twice a year. It aims to boost continuous improvement of communication and transparency between CaixaBank and its shareholders.
