CaixaBank has renewed its EFQM 500+ European Seal of Excellence after successfully passing a strict external assessment process endorsed by AENOR and the Management Excellence Club (CEG). The bank, presided over by Jordi Gual with Gonzalo Gortázar as Managing Director, obtained more than 600 points, thereby consolidating its upward trend since 2012. Gonzalo Gortázar, Managing Director of CaixaBank, and Juan Antonio Alcaraz, CEO, received the EFQM 500+ European Seal of Excellence from Carlos Esteban, AENOR President, and Ignacio Babé Romero, general secretary of the Management Excellence Club.
