CaixaBank reinforces its commitment to the French market in the latest edition of the COCEF awards

• The bank participated in the awards ceremony held by the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in France (COCEF) and granted the ‘Spanish company of the Year’ award to Vicky Foods.

• Since its establishment in late 2018, CaixaBank's branch in France has granted corporate financing in the country in the amount of €4.1 billion.

CaixaBank's branch in France continues to reinforce its commitment to the French market by participating once more in the COCEF awards, which is held every year by the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in France. In this edition, CaixaBank granted the ‘Spanish company of the Year’ award to the company Vicky Foods from Valencia.

CaixaBank, which has held a banking licence in France since 2018, has established itself as the go-to Spanish bank for Spanish businesses with interests in France and for French businesses operating in Spain. In recent years, CaixaBank's branch in France has granted corporate financing in the country in the amount of €4.1 billion.

Within this scope, the bank has maintained a steady growth and active participation in the sustainable financing sector in France, with a total volume of €1.2 billion since 2018, where operations in the retail (ELO and Fnac), property (URW) and infrastructure (Saur) industries stand out..

CaixaBank's operational branch in France offers foreign trade and corporate banking services to French businesses, Spanish businesses operating and with interests in France and to multinational corporations with interests in the country. Infrastructure (water, fibre optics and motorways), railway and commercial aviation are amongst the most prominent sectors.
