Your health is important to us, and that’s why we pay 100% of your health insurance premium, providing you with access to the medical provider network arranged with Adeslas insurance.

Physical exercise and sport

Through the Wellhub platform, where you’ll be able to use wellness centres, we promote participation in paddle tennis tournaments and other sports communities.

We also organise mini leagues for our employees at the CaixaBank 3x3 Plaza venue to encourage sport and improve our team spirit.

On our “Somos Saludables” platform there is a virtual gym, and we also organise a variety of sports activities throughout Spain.

We provide psychological support to help you deal with difficult life moments, plus resources, workshops and training to improve your emotional strength.

Health and safety campaigns

We look after your health by running health campaigns, including therapeutic programmes and courses to improve our health habits. At CaixaBank, we take actions against strokes by training our employees in prevention and rapid response, creating “protected brain spaces”.

We provide training and information so that our teams can do their work properly in their working environment.

We provide dietary tips and suggest and organise healthy cooking menus and competitions.

Protocol against harassment in the workplace and measures against gender and sex-based violence

We have a protocol against harassment in the workplace, and sexual and sex-based harassment, which also covers the LGBTI+ community, and which establishes a procedure to manage reported incidents.

We also provide personalised support and actions for victims of gender or sexual-based violence.

Wengage diversity programme

In 2018 we launched Wengage, our diversity programme, which was developed by people from all areas of CaixaBank, in which we promote and give visibility to meritocracy, equal opportunities, inclusion and diversity in all its aspects: gender, functional, generational, LGBTIQ+, cultural, cognitive, etc.

Gender diversity

In 2023 we were rated the third best company in the world in gender equality and we have the Equality in the Company label (DIE) awarded by the Ministry of Equality since 2018.

In addition, in our communications and socio-professional relationships, we share videos and a range of materials, such as the Egalitarian Communication : the Challenge of Interpersonal Relationships" guide, which was published in 2018 and in which we discuss unconscious biases, limiting beliefs and gender stereotypes in our society.

Equality plan

We have an equality plan , which we update regularly in order to continue promoting equal opportunities and diversity in our working teams, and also to encourage the presence of women in management positions.

We also have a work-family protocol , a harassment prevention protocol  and an equality protocol for cohabiting couples .

People with disabilities

We have an inclusive policy for people with disabilities, which is pioneering in our sector and that formally establishes the objective of promoting equal opportunities for people with officially recognised disabilities.

Inclusion for everyone

In 2022 we joined REDI, the Business Network for LGBTI Diversity and Inclusion.

We promote diversity and inclusion in society by working with organisations such as the Quiero Trabajo Foundation .
