You choose how to help
We’re an organisation that is open to everything, where you decide how to help, how much time you can spare and where you’d like to make your mark through our CaixaBank Volunteering Campus. No special requirement is necessary, just a desire to improve the world through any of our 3,500 active projects.

There are now 17,000 of us
You’ll be able to be part of our network of more than 17,000 volunteers that has helped over 5 million people from vulnerable groups since 2005, such as children and youngsters, the elderly and people at risk of social exclusion.

Social action programmes
46% of our profits are used for social action, in partnership with the ”la Caixa” Foundation, which has invested more than 550 million euros in social programmes.
We support those most in need, by promoting initiatives that support well-being and financial Inclusion.

Well-being for all our customers
We have more than 1,500 rural branches located in towns and villages with fewer than 10,000 inhabitants in order to help their financial well-being and contribute to the progress of the whole of our society.

We promote financial inclusion
Every day, 18 mobile branch vehicles take financial services to more than 340,000 people in rural areas at risk of financial exclusion.

Supporting the senior community
We support the senior community through the advance payment of pensions on the 24th of each month and cashpoints that are adapted for the use of bank books. We are also the first entity certified by the Spanish Association for Standardisation (AENOR) as an organisation committed to the senior community.

Culture of compliance
We hold the ISO 37307 Compliance Management Systems certification, which demonstrates our express and public commitment to a culture of compliance.

Certification against criminal liability
We hold the UNE 19601 Prevention of Criminal Acts certification, in order to reduce our exposure to criminal liability by promoting good practices to prevent criminal acts, reduce risk and promote an ethical company culture and a culture of compliance with the law.

Anti-bribery management certificate
We also hold the ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery certification, which certifies the existence of an anti-bribery management system, through the establishment of a culture of integrity, transparency, honesty and compliance and of fighting against bribery and corruption.
