CaixaBank is named Most Innovative Bank in Western Europe and wins four other accolades from the international publication Global Finance

CaixaBank has been recognised as the Most Innovative Bank in Western Europe at The Innovators 2026 awards, organised by the prestigious international publication Global Finance. This recognition evidences the bank's digital leadership and commitment to new technologies. 

CaixaBank has also received four other awards for Best Financial Innovation in Western Europe. These awards were granted for its advances in the implementation of artificial intelligence agents for contracting digital products, for the development of an AI agent in the card acquisition channel, as well as for the implementation of Facilitea Casa and for the bank's mobile application, CaixaBankNow. 

CaixaBank's success in these awards underscores the bank's commitment to using technology to improve the customer experience and facilitate access to financial services more efficiently. 

The use of artificial intelligence and new technologies has enabled CaixaBank to not only optimise internal processes but also offer more personalised and accessible services for its customers.

Global Finance's awards for CaixaBank's work in adapting to the new times came the same week that the Financial Times Group’s magazine, Professional Wealth Management, named CaixaBank Best Digital Private Bank in Europe for the third consecutive year. 

As with Global Finance, PWM has recognised CaixaBank for its digital transformation and its ability to offer pioneering services tailored to its customers' needs. 

CaixaBank's commitment to innovation is articulated in a transversal way in the 2025-2027 Strategic Plan, where it is recognised as an essential element to achieve sustainable and responsible growth.
