Thanks to its powerful digital transformation strategy, CaixaBank has become one of the highest-rated banks in the world based on the quality of its digital products and services.

This year, the US magazine Global Finance has named CaixaBank as the "Most Innovative Bank in Western Europe 2022”.

On top of this, CaixaBank has also received global awards —Best Bill Payment and Presentment Consumer Digital Bank in the World for 2022 and Best Online Deposit, Card and Investment Product Offerings Consumer Digital Bank in the World for 2022— and one continental award, Best in Lending Consumer Digital Bank in Western Europe for 2022, by the same magazine.

Furthermore, in 2019 the bank's online banking service, CaixaBankNow, was named the Best Consumer Mobile Banking app in the World, and in Western Europe in 2018, 2020 and 2021.

Moreover, the use of big data and artificial intelligence has earned the bank the accolade of 'World's Best Bank in Data Analysis and Artificial Intelligence 2022' at the Qorus-Accenture Banking Innovation Awards, and 'Best Private Bank for Big Data Analytics and AI in Europe 2022 and 2021' by the Financial Times Group's PWM magazine. Accessibility of digital channels

At CaixaBank, we are convinced that innovation means always looking forward and the basis to improve people's quality of life.

That is why we develop technological tools to enable everyone to bank in an autonomous, user-friendly and customised way on all our service channels. For example, all CaixaBank's ATMs are accessible and provided with visual aids (high-contrast screen and simplified operations), acoustic and tactile aids (Braille keyboard and voice navigation) and aids for people with motor complications. In addition, a high percentage of ATMs include sign language video guides.
