The new version of the app makes it easier to access relevant information.
CaixaBank has completed the roll-out of its new business app experience, now available to all customers. The project involves a transformation of the mobile channel, with the aim of offering a more immediate, simple and autonomous experience, tailored to the real needs of companies.
The new version of the app has been designed to enable companies to carry out their most frequent procedures in a more agile way, reducing the number of steps involved, facilitating access to relevant information and offering greater control over their financial activity from via mobile phone. With this revamp, CaixaBank is taking another step forward in its innovation and digitalisation strategy, drawing on advanced technology, data analytics and customer-centric methodologies to build an experience shaped by businesses’ actual usage habits.
The app’s revamp was developed following an analysis of the most common queries and operations carried out by CaixaBank Empresas customers. This process has made it possible to identify which usage patterns generate the most value for companies and reorganise the experience so that users can access them more quickly and easily.
The new interface is structured around five main objectives: to facilitate access to the most frequently used transactions, to reduce the number of steps necessary to complete day-to-day procedures, to provide clearer and more relevant information from the first level of navigation, to increase control over financial products and to expand digital account opening capabilities.
More control over financial activity via mobile
The new app brings the information that companies consult the most to the forefront, allowing immediate access to accounts, cards, financing, direct debit receipts and product sign-ups. Key new features include a new home screen that shows the most relevant information with no need to navigate through different sections, quick access options based on real usage patterns and shortcuts to carry out the most frequent transactions with a single click.
The account viewing experience has also been revamped to make it easier to track business cash flow. Customers can view transactions, income and expenses more intuitively, check balances and credit account information directly from the home screen and locate transactions using new search and filtering systems.
The app also incorporates new features for managing corporate cards, allowing users to view account activity and statements, review key information or temporarily block and unblock cards via their mobile phone.
Financing, direct debits and digital product sign-ups
The new experience also improves access to companies' financing data. Customers can view their loans and mortgages, access the details of each transaction, review instalments and download repayment schedules in different formats. In terms of direct debits, the app incorporates a completely revamped experience that allows you to view pending and processed transactions, authorise direct debits, manage B2B authorisations, resolve incidents and configure automatic authorisations.
In addition, for the first time, digital product sign-up takes centre stage within the mobile environment. Companies can initiate the sign-up process for accounts, cards, financing, POS, insurance and other products via the app itself, with access to specialised support when necessary via chat or by requesting a call.
The new app aims to help companies save time in their day-to-day management and carry out a greater number of transactions without having to rely on a branch or a computer. With this revamp, CaixaBank reinforces its commitment to the Spanish business community through a digital service that combines technology, simplicity and a personal touch, and which places the real needs of companies at the heart of the user experience.
