CaixaBank, committed to creating a working environment where talent can grow
CaixaBank has obtained the Top Employers Certification for the fifth consecutive year, a seal that endorses its commitment to people and to creating a working environment where talent can grow and develop. This recognition reflects the institution’s dedication to creating an exceptional workplace that drives sustained business performance.
This certification demonstrates CaixaBank’s ability to create a high-performance workplace through people strategies. An independent validation and a clear focus on practices that drive business performance, professional engagement and growth.
In addition, the consistent alignment between its people strategy and the organisation’s objectives, combined with its commitment to continuous improvement, demonstrates the impact of its transformative practices.
This year, the programme has certified and recognised almost 2,500 Top Employers worldwide, 145 of which are in Spain.
Top Employers Institute is a global authority in certification, benchmarking and advisory services in Human Resources. Its programme certifies organisations based on the results of its HR Best Practices Survey, which covers six areas including aspects such as people strategy, working environment, talent attraction, learning, diversity, equity and inclusion, and wellbeing.
Employee Value Proposition
CaixaBank promotes a comprehensive plan to attract and retain talent, with initiatives that not only seek to bring in professionals interested in developing their careers within the institution, but also to foster the growth and wellbeing of those who are already part of the team. The “Employee Value Proposition” includes measures relating to training, professional wellbeing and inclusion, among other actions, and places a particular focus on attracting young talent through
programmes designed to support them at the start of their professional careers after completing their studies.
As part of the 2025–2027 Strategic Plan, the institution will continue to attract and retain top talent and will bring in 3,000 young and technical specialists under the age of 35.
With a focus not only on attracting talent but also on retaining it, the “Employee Value Proposition” includes measures to promote wellbeing, work-life balance and flexibility for employees, including factors such as remuneration and social benefits, training and professional development options, corporate purpose, and the climate, culture, environment and leadership style.
