CaixaBank leads an €85 million syndicated financing for Puy du Fou España

• The transaction is part of the CaixaBank Hotels & Tourism’s strategy to support projects that contribute to the economic and social development of the territories in which it operates

CaixaBank has acted as Sole Bookrunner in a syndicated transaction for a total amount of €85 million with Puy du Fou España, one of the country’s leading cultural and tourism projects.

This financing, in which other financial institutions have also participated, will enable CaixaBank to continue supporting Puy du Fou España in its growth and consolidation within the territory. Specifically, through this transaction, Puy du Fou España will pursue its dual development objective: on the one hand, to continue expanding its range of live shows through the construction of a new show, and on the other, to launch its hotel expansion phase with the construction of its first hotel inside the park.

Through this transaction, in which CaixaBank has also acted as Arranger, the bank reaffirms its role as a leading financial partner for the tourism sector, offering its clients structured financing solutions tailored to large-scale projects, with a clear focus on long-term value creation.
