CaixaBank Private Banking receives ‘Most Innovative Business Model' award from Private Banker International

The PBI Global Awards recognize outstanding advances in business and services offered in the private banking sector

CaixaBank, Spain's leading financial entity, has won the ‘Most Innovative Business Model' award from UK journal Private Banker International at the 23rd PBI Global Awards. This accolade recognizes the ability of CaixaBank's private banking business "to develop a business model based on a rigorous and straightforward advisory methodology which focuses on a client's final objective, supported by a multichannel approach.

In response to the demands of the new financial, economic and regulatory scenario, CaixaBank Private Banking stands out for having designed an innovative advisory model based on establishing a portfolio according to customers' objectives, allowing advisors to ascertain their risk appetite more rigorously.  This methodology, combined with specialist customer attention, guarantees efficient and personalized wealth management.

The extensive range of services offered by the private banking business, as well as its long-term commitment to innovation and new solutions, has put the entity at the forefront of multichannel banking.

The journal has particularly noted the launch of the new Private Banking 2.0 portal, which offers such innovative tools as ‘The Wall', My Adviser' and the 'Auto-Planner'. Customers can interact with their managers online, make video calls, review documents and reports, consult previous conversations held and carry out simulations of different investment transactions and scenarios.

The PBI Global Awards
