CaixaBank ranks among the top 3 best companies to build a career in Spain, according to the annual LinkedIn Top Companies list. The Group holds a prominent position in the 2026 ranking of companies with more than 5,000 employees.
The ranking, published by LinkedIn News, is determined using a carefully weighted methodology based on exclusive LinkedIn data to analyse the career paths of millions of professionals worldwide. In 2026, the Top Companies list is published in 12 countries.
The methodology combines research into what defines a strong career with exclusive LinkedIn data. It is based on eight pillars, each reflecting a key aspect of professional growth within a company: career progression opportunities, skills development, company stability, external opportunities, affinity with the company, gender diversity, educational background and employee presence in the country.
Employee Value Proposition
CaixaBank promotes a comprehensive plan to attract and retain talent, with initiatives that not only seek to bring in professionals interested in developing their careers within the institution, but also to foster the growth and wellbeing of those who are already part of the team.
The “Employee Value Proposition” includes measures relating to training, professional wellbeing and inclusion, among other actions, and places a particular focus on attracting young talent through programmes designed to support them at the start of their professional careers after completing their studies.
As part of the 2025–2027 Strategic Plan, the institution will continue to attract and retain top talent and will bring in 3,000 young and technical specialists under the age of 35.
With a focus not only on attracting talent but also on retaining it, the “Employee Value Proposition” includes measures to promote wellbeing, work-life balance and flexibility for employees, including factors such as remuneration and social benefits, training and professional development options, corporate purpose, and the climate, culture, environment and leadership style.
