• How can I apply for a mortgage moratorium or loan?
CaixaBank has set up dedicated channels to manage requests from customers to employ the measures of Royal Decree-Law 8/2020, of 17 March, to face the economic and social impact of COVID-19.

• How can I apply for a moratorium on my personal loans or credit cards?
In application of Royal Decree-Law 11/2020, of 31 March, CaixaBank has set up a channel for our customers (individuals) who are in a situation of financial vulnerability. Through this channel, they can request a moratorium to defer payments for personal loans and credit cards.

• What are branch opening hours?
Bank branches have been considered essential services, so CaixaBank branches are open from 8.30 am to 2.30 pm.
We advise against making unnecessary journeys and to use the phone, online banking or the mobile app wherever possible.
• Pension collection and proof of life checks
To avoid you having to come into a branch, CaixaBank has brought forward pension collections and has deferred proof of life checks by four months for customers who are due to carry out this procedure between 25/2 and 30/6.
During this time, in no case will balances be withheld or operations be blocked
You will therefore be able to collect your pension automatically without any problems
