We are a leading company placing technology at the service of customers’ needs. Our Store branches are a new model of branches that is more personal, accessible, and close, with extended opening hours until 6.30pm, Monday to Thursday.

The InTouch model is perfect for digital customers who don't use physical branches very much and have little free time, remote assistance via a personal adviser. This tool was used actively by 1.4 million customers in 2020.
